Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead .NET Developer to join a supportive, collaborative team focused on re-engineering mission-critical human services applications. If you enjoy Agile development, collaborative design, and working with the latest .NET technologies, this is the role for you!

Location: Columbia, SC (Current SC Residents Only)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Interview Process: 1 Round (Virtual)

Core Requirements

7+ Years: Designing and implementing large-scale software systems using .NET architectures.
5+ Years: Developing data-driven applications with MS SQL Server.
5+ Years: Building N-tier web-based systems with complex security models.
Technical Stack: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Entity Framework 6, MVC 3+, and JavaScript.
Tools: Visual Studio 2019/2022, TFS, SSRS, and SQL 2019.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of system enhancements and new standardized assessment tools.
Design and support bi-directional interfaces with state and federal partners.
Manage federal reporting requirements (NAMRS/CCWIS/AFCARS).
Develop and modify code that accesses high-volume SQL databases.

Preferred Experience

Background in Child Welfare or Human Services system design.
Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of performance, security, and regression testing tools.
