Introduction:

As an OpenText Architect, you will be responsible for configuring OpenText Document Archive for SAP and managing repository consolidation. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless connections between SAP and Archive Server, validate archive policies, and maintain archive configurations.

Responsibilities:

Define and maintain ArchiveLink document types
Configure SAP Object Links
Manage content repositories
Define retention categories and storage rules
Configure connections between SAP and Archive Server
Validate archive policies for structured and unstructured documents
Ensure compliance with document retention policies
Map SAP business objects to archive document types

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Expertise in OpenText Document Archive Configuration for SAP
Experience with OpenText Archive Server
Experience in SAP ArchiveLink
Experience in SAP Content Repository configuration
Understanding of OpenText Document Access
Familiarity with OpenText Content Suite or xECM
Functional understanding of SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD
