Summary

We're seeking a strategic Director of AI Product Transformation to lead a portfolio of AI-enabled products for an enterprise program. This role combines product strategy, executive-level governance, and measurable business impact, with a strong focus on adoption, experimentation, and value realization across products and teams.
Responsibilities
  • Define and own the strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of AI-enabled products, prioritizing opportunities based on business impact and market potential.
  • Partner closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to turn product strategy into delivered capabilities while staying accountable for outcomes.
  • Lead executive governance cadences, including recurring performance reviews, roadmap discussions, and investment tradeoff conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Build structured reporting materials used by leadership to monitor program health, progress, and value delivered.
  • Drive product-led growth initiatives focused on activation, adoption, expansion, and overall value realization.
  • Design and evaluate experiments, controlled rollouts, and A/B tests to measure causal impact and quantify business results.
  • Align product priorities with go-to-market and business teams to improve adoption in real-world workflows.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client and business stakeholders, translating complex challenges into clear action plans with defined tradeoffs.
  • Lead and coordinate product managers, UX/UI leads, and matrixed partners toward shared outcomes without directly owning technical delivery.
  • Represent the program confidently in high-visibility discussions and executive forums.
Skills
  • 12+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership responsibility for an AI-enabled or data-driven product portfolio.
  • Experience owning growth, adoption, retention, or revenue-related metrics for digital or AI products.
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and answering detailed questions with clarity and confidence.
  • Background in consulting, professional services, or systems integration, with experience running executive governance processes.
  • Ability to develop product strategy, manage priorities, and communicate decisions in a structured, business-focused way.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams to influence outcomes without direct ownership of all delivery functions.
  • Hands-on understanding of analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML platforms and cloud environments.
  • Strong presentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry, especially with telecom-related platforms or workflows.
  • Exposure to enterprise LLM tools such as Vertex AI, Claude, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform or comparable cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML evaluation, monitoring, and observability tools.
  • Proficiency with SQL, dashboarding, and experimentation platforms.
  • Experience preparing executive-ready governance decks and board-level updates.
  • Advanced degree such as a master's or MBA.
  • Familiarity with CRM, sales enablement, or marketing enablement systems.
  • Prior experience with a recognized consulting firm or specialized advisory organization.
