A leading company in the aviation technology space is seeking a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer to join their team. This organization develops high-reliability software solutions that power flight operations, safety infrastructure, and enterprise-grade aviation platforms. Their tech environment includes modern frontend development with React and backend services built using Golang, Node.js, and/or Java, all deployed within cloud-based architectures.

- At least 7 years of professional experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript
- Backend expertise in Golang, Node.js, or Java (advanced knowledge of at least one required)
- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
- Previous experience operating as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer
- Solid understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in aviation, transportation, or safety-critical software systems
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated experience mentoring team members and performing code reviews
