Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Database Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data warehouse and data integration solutions to support analytics and reporting requirements.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple source systems.
- Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and database structures to support scalable data processing and reporting.
- Perform data quality validation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
6–9 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, ETL development, or business intelligence solutions.

|
Technical Skills
|
Databricks, Azure Cloud, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT Development, SQL, Snowflake, Oracle Database, Data Modeling, Data Integration, Data Pipelines, Database Performance Tuning, Azure Data Services, Data Validation, Analytics Platforms, Cloud Data Engineering.

Business / Domain Skills
|
Experience with Data Management, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Requirements Analysis, Data Quality Management, Stakeholder Collaboration, Reporting & Analytics, Problem Solving.

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing cloud-based data warehouse and analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and database design principles.
- Experience building scalable ETL/ELT frameworks and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud-native data platforms and analytics ecosystems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, automation, and data governance best practices.
