Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in a hybrid capacity at our Charlotte, NC location. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical expert who excels at writing clean, scalable code and building robust enterprise solutions. The successful candidate will drive the development of modern user interfaces, manage complex system integrations, and possess a foundational understanding of CPQ workflows to support our evolving business ecosystem.
Job Requirements & Experience
Overall Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of demonstrated professional experience in developing, customizing, and implementing robust software solutions specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Work Model: Operating under a hybrid work model, requiring a blend of on-site collaboration at our Charlotte, NC office and remote work flexibility to foster team synergy and productivity.
Core Focus: Proven, heavy hands-on development experience. Candidates must be fully prepared to complete live programming challenges (specifically in LWC and Apex backend logic) during the evaluation process.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise:
Expert-Level Apex Programming: Demonstrated capability to design, develop, test, and optimize complex server-side logic, enterprise design patterns, multi-object trigger frameworks, and asynchronous processing while adhering strictly to Salesforce governor limits.
Expert-Level LWC Development: Expert capability in developing modern, reusable, and responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to ensure highly interactive front-end applications.
Robust Integration Experience: Strong hands-on experience designing and maintaining secure, high-performing integrations between Salesforce and critical external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, and middleware solutions.
Salesforce CPQ Knowledge: Possess at least a basic understanding and hands-on exposure to Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) or equivalent Quote-to-Cash platforms (e.g., configuration of product rules, price rules, or bundles).
Platform & Deployment Best Practices: Expert-level understanding of the broader Salesforce platform including security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), configuration, customization, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD workflows, version control).
Job Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, ensuring strict adherence to development best practices.
Integration Management: Develop and maintain robust, secure integrations between Salesforce and other critical enterprise backend systems.
Architecture & Roadmap Contribution: Contribute significantly to the architectural design, data modeling, and technical roadmap of enterprise Salesforce applications.
System Optimization: Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and data integrity of all Salesforce implementations, customizations, and governor limit bounds.
Code Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough, constructive code reviews to uphold high development standards and promote code reusability.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Efficiently debug, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and production defects within the Salesforce platform.
Technical Documentation: Thoroughly document technical designs, system architectures, configurations, and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and long-term maintenance.
