- Flexible Schedule – The candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including weeknights and weekends. There is no planned overtime expected, only a flexible schedule to accommodate weeknight and weekend production deployments.
- Technical Aptitude – Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies for production support and validation testing.
- Database Skills – Proficiency in SQL, Dremio, and Snowflake is necessary. The candidate should be familiar with reading and analyzing data, as well as understanding database structures.
- Coding Experience – Some coding experience is a plus, but not required, as it will enhance the candidate''s ability to contribute to various technical tasks.
- System Architecture Understanding – A solid understanding of system architecture is warranted for analyzing and improving existing systems.
