Application Support
- Provide L2 functional support for Zycus applications such as:
- iSupplier
- I iContract
- Source
- iSave
- Analyze
iRequest (as applicable), etc
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets escalated from L1 support.
- Analyze functional issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure SLA adherence and effective communication with stakeholders.
Functional Analysis & Configuration - Understand business processes related to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C).
- Perform configuration changes, master data updates, and rule validations within Zycus.
- Support user access, roles, approval workflows, and catalogs.
- User & Stakeholder Interaction
- Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide functional guidance. Conduct impact analysis for issues
- Assist in user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Collaboration & Escalation - Coordinate with technical teams for data fixes, integrations, or code-related issues.
- Liaise with Zycus Product Support for unresolved or product-level defects.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement - Maintain incident logs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements. Support audits, compliance checks, and system health reviews.
Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
