Back End Engineer - Mid-level to Staff

An offensive cyber warfare company onsite in Arlington, VA is looking to scale up their engineering team.

They aim to build technologies to allow us to hack and dismantle the networks of our foreign adversaries. They are looking for a back end senior or staff level engineer with experience taking wide-reaching products from 0 to 1. The engineer will be involved in systems architecture, developing their component library and design systems, and standardizing their user interface across all teams. Their tech stack is TypeScript, React, Google Cloud Platform, and Golang.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years experience front end software engineering.
• Ability to come 5 days onsite in Arlington, VA.
• Expert on Golang or another backend language.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nontraditional hours as needed.

• Incredible communication skills.
• Numerous examples of bringing a product from 0 to 1.
