Summary:

This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role reporting to the Manager of Identity Governance within the Information Security organization. You will spend most of your time onboarding applications into ISC and running user access certifications, with a secondary share of daily platform operations, audit evidence, and ISC reporting. You will work alongside an ISC platform engineer, an IAM business process owner, application owners, and our GRC and internal audit teams. Our controls are tested by an external auditor, so precision and evidence discipline matter here as much as configuration skill.

Requirements:

• 5 or more years in Information Security and identity and access management, with at least 2 years hands-on in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) or SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ), including sources, transforms, identity profiles, lifecycle states, workflows, and certification campaigns.
• Experience onboarding applications to SailPoint end to end, from connector configuration through entitlement modeling and provisioning validation.
• Experience running access certification campaigns at scale and closing the loop on revocations.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID as provisioning targets.
• Exposure to SOX ITor a comparable audited control environment, and comfort producing evidence for auditors.
• Clear written communication. You will write for engineers, business owners, and auditors, often about the same event.
