Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Specialist to lead the implementation and support of modern CIAM solutions. The role focuses on delivering secure, user-friendly digital identity experiences while ensuring compliance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deploy CIAM features (registration, SSO, MFA, consent, self-service)

Integrate identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM) across web and mobile apps

Collaborate with security and development teams to enhance customer access flows

Maintain high availability and performance of CIAM platforms

Support audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement

Required Skills:

5+ years in IAM; 3+ years in CIAM implementations

Strong experience with CIAM platforms such as Transmit Security, Okta, ForgeRock, Auth0, Ping, or Azure AD B2C

Proficiency in IAM standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, SCIM), REST APIs

Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
