Job Title: Sr. Full Stack Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA/Remote
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in front-end and back-end development, API integration, database management, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices.
The candidate will collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable digital solutions in an enterprise environment, following established coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development or a similar engineering role.
- Strong experience with at least one modern front-end framework: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end development experience with Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
- Hands-on experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices.
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server; familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Experience with Git and collaborative version-control workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR, where applicable.
- Knowledge of secure software development, data privacy, and enterprise compliance requirements.
- Experience with event-driven architecture, messaging platforms, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with application observability, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Exposure to AI/ML service integration or LLM-powered applications is an advantage.
