We are seeking a Senior Application Programmer/Developer to provide advanced development and modernization support for federal IT systems, with a strong emphasis on Angular front‑end development supported by .NET, SQL, AWS, and CI/CD practices.

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core, applying object-oriented design principles, SOLID principles, and software engineering best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations across enterprise systems.
Implement and support API documentation, testing, and lifecycle management using Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and API versioning standards.
Develop and optimize database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, views, indexing strategies, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Utilize Entity Framework Core, Dapper, and ADO.NET for efficient data access, data modeling, and database interaction within enterprise applications.
Design, build, and support cloud-based solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, and Route 53.
Manage DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform for automated cloud resource provisioning and management.
Develop containerized applications using Docker and support orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (EKS) for scalable and resilient deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise solutions throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, system integration, performance optimization, and production support activities while ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.
Support application monitoring, logging, and incident management using AWS CloudWatch, centralized logging, and DevOps monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and operational excellence.
Advanced development experience using Angular and modern front‑end technologies, including component‑based architecture, services, routing, and state management.
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core, with the ability to design and maintain scalable, secure, and high‑performance enterprise applications.
Experience developing and integrating RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API, including API versioning, documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI), and automated testing.
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI development practices, with the ability to build responsive, accessible, and maintainable front‑end applications.
Advanced experience writing and optimizing SQL for Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, functions, indexing strategies, and query performance tuning.
Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, SOLID principles, and enterprise software engineering best practices.
Experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, and related cloud‑native development and deployment patterns.
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or similar tools, including automated builds, testing, and deployments.

Experience working in a Scrum development environment, participating in sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements and the ability to ensure compliant front‑end implementations.
