Business Analyst – Real-Time Payments & Money Movement (ATC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for real-time payment systems and money movement solutions (ATC)

• Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into functional specifications

• Map and document end-to-end payment flows, including authorization, clearing, and settlement processes

• Support integration with payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay

• Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and user experience

• Assist in defining APIs, data mapping, and message formats (ISO 8583/ISO 20022 where applicable)

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards

• Participate in UAT planning and execution, including test case creation and defect tracking

• Act as a liaison between business, operations, and technology teams

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in payments or banking domain

• Strong understanding of real-time payments and Account-to-Card (ATC) / A2C flows

• Hands-on experience in credit card lifecycle (authorization, settlement, reconciliation)

• Familiarity with payment systems like Unified Payments Interface (UPI), IMPS, or RTP frameworks

• Knowledge of payment messaging standards (ISO 8583 preferred)

• Experience in writing detailed functional and technical documentation

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
