Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to establish target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders. The role involves building relationships with business and technology leaders, as well as Compliance and Risk departments, to coordinate and facilitate program routines from kick-off to completion. This position is central to planning deliveries, managing dependencies, and ensuring execution aligns with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders.
- Build relationships with business, technology, Compliance, and Risk leaders.
- Coordinate and facilitate program routines such as project kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
- Promote communication and collaboration to achieve target outcomes and timelines.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal.
- Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership on outcomes, delivery, risks, and schedule.
- Ensure execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders.
- Manage financials and assist with resource planning for the program.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Demonstrated experience in project management with skills in budget management, leadership, communication, and influencing. Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Project Management tools, Jira, and Oracle Cloud.
