Job Title: End User Computing (EUC) Engineer
Location: Princeton, NY (Onsite 5 days a week)
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) professional with a strong background in the financial sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing end-user technologies to ensure a seamless and secure experience for the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L2/L3 support for end-user hardware, software, and peripheral devices (Windows/Mac, mobile devices, VDI).
  • Manage endpoint security, patch management, and device lifecycle (SCCM, Intune, Jamf).
  • Troubleshoot complex desktop, networking, and application issues for financial trading and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with financial industry regulations.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in End User Computing / Desktop Support.
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services / Banking sector is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
