Description

A well-respected Oklahoma City organization seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of Salesforce solutions that support critical business operations.

This position offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of Salesforce initiatives, including custom development, integrations, automation, data management, application enhancements, and platform stability. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT teams.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a hybrid work schedule in Oklahoma City. The organization offers a strong benefits package, bonus potential, and a 401(k) match. Sponsorship is not available, and third-party candidates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of complex Salesforce initiatives, from planning and design through implementation and post-production support
  • Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert and escalation point for Salesforce-related issues and enhancements
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions that align with business needs
  • Build and support Apex classes, Lightning components, Flows, APIs, reports, and other platform enhancements
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, automation, and data-related issues
  • Support application performance, security, stability, and availability
  • Drive continuous improvement in development practices, governance, and delivery processes
  • Influence technical decisions and contribute to long-term Salesforce platform strategy
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices


Requirements

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Salesforce platforms
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
  • Experience with MuleSoft
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Salesforce certifications required
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead complex Salesforce projects in a collaborative enterprise environment
  • Experience working across integrations, automation, and custom platform development
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams
