Instructor Trainer 3 - PeopleSoft Financials ERP

Position Overview

We are seeking two experienced Instructor Trainer 3 professionals to design, develop, and deliver training curriculum for the PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM 9.2) ERP system.

This role involves creating accessibility-compliant, role-based training materials and delivering instruction through multiple formats including onsite, virtual, and asynchronous e-learning. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, large-team environment and demonstrate strong Agile, incremental, and iterative delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive ERP training programs for financial business areas
• Develop accessibility-compliant, role-based training content from the ground up
• Participate in system design discussions and testing to ensure training accuracy and relevance
• Create instructor materials including:
  • Course outlines
  • Instructional guides
  • Background/reference materials
  • Training aids and multimedia curriculum
• Deliver instructor-led, web-based, and asynchronous e-learning sessions
• Develop alternative instructional techniques to enhance engagement and retention
• Conduct test analysis and revise assessment materials as needed
• Manage and update training SharePoint site
• Collaborate using MS Teams within a large remote team
• Support productivity reporting and regulatory compliance requirements
• Ensure alignment with Quality Management Systems and business needs
• Research and recommend training vendors and delivery methods
• Maintain knowledge of assistive technologies and EIR Accessibility standards

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years developing training programs for ERP systems
• 8+ years developing accessibility-compliant training content
• 4+ years hands-on experience with eLearning software
• 4+ years hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system
• 4+ years experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• 2+ years experience using MS Teams in large team environments
• 2+ years experience maintaining and updating SharePoint sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government)
• Experience with Jira
• Strong understanding of Agile training delivery methods
• Experience in multimedia and computer-based instructional design
