Job Details
Are you ready to join a dynamic team as a Varicent Developer? This remote role offers the chance to enhance and support incentive compensation systems, engaging in hands-on development and problem-solving to optimize business processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support incentive compensation systems utilizing Varicent ICM.
- Optimize processes using Varicent modules like Composer and Portal Access.
- Manage data integration processes and ensure seamless workflow operations.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including requirement and technical specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions in compensation processes.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical colleagues.
- Support sales compensation business processes to align with client-centric goals.
- Lead project management initiatives, ensuring excellence in delivery and risk management.
Skills
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining Incentive Compensation Management models.
- Strong proficiency with Varicent ICM modules and SQL query skills.
- Ability to create detailed technical documentation and architectural roadmaps.
- Effective communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Python or Java.
- Experience with web technologies and design, including JavaScript and HTML5/CSS3.
- Knowledge of ETL concepts and large volume data handling.
- Familiarity with BI/Reporting Tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with other Incentive Compensation tools such as Xactly or Callidus.
