Job Description:

We are seeking a Release Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise software releases across multiple Agile/SAFe teams supporting a large-scale cloud data platform initiative.

< style="text-align:justify"> < style="text-align:justify">Required Skills:

• 3+ years of Release Management experience in enterprise IT environments
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams and products
• Strong knowledge of Change Management and CAB processes
• Experience with ITIL Release & Change Management practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and AWS environments
• Experience working in Agile and SAFe frameworks
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

• Manage end-to-end release planning, scheduling, and deployment activities
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams
• Lead release readiness reviews, CAB approvals, and change management activities
• Track release risks, issues, and mitigation plans
• Communicate release status, deployment plans, and post-release outcomes to stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and standardization across release management practices
• Support production deployments, post-release validation, and incident resolution

 

Preferred: Experience with cloud-based data platforms, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale AWS environments.
