Job Title/ Role: Gen AI Architect
Job Location: Wilmington, Delaware (5 Day onsite)
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in RAG and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for AI/ML development.
- Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of data engineering and data preprocessing techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
