Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Java Spring Boot Developer with deep expertise in microservices, MongoDB, and cloud-native architectures. The role involves designing scalable backend systems, driving technical decisions, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop highly scalable Spring Boot microservices
• Design and optimize MongoDB data models and queries
• Build event-driven systems using Kafka
• Develop and deploy applications on AWS (including Lambda)
• Ensure system performance, security, and reliability
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and frontend teams

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in Java & Spring Boot
• Strong experience with Microservices Architecture
• Proficiency in MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with Kafka
• Strong exposure to AWS Cloud services (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway)
• Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, and Git

Nice to Have

• Docker & Kubernetes
• System design experience in large-scale applications
