Devops Engineer with Generative AI - Remote

Job Description:

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a hands-on Head of Engineering to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of our Generative AI platform.
• This role is ideal for a proven builder with 10–15 years of engineering experience, deep technical roots, and a track record of delivering 0-to-1 products using modern, cloud-native architectures.
• You will define technical direction, actively contribute to core systems, and build a high-performing engineering team in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the end-to-end architecture for GenAI and agentic systems.
• Remain hands-on, contributing to design, code, and critical technical decisions.
• Build and scale LLM-powered systems, including RAG and orchestration pipelines.
• Establish engineering standards, DevOps practices, and production reliability.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a strong engineering team.
• Partner closely with founders and product leaders to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience with a strong hands-on background.
• Proven success building and scaling **0-to-1 products.
• Deep experience with modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native development.
• Experience with Generative AI platforms and modern DevOps practices preferred.
