job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead (Contractor) to support enterprise program initiatives, with a focus on driving successful adoption during major change implementations. This role will serve as a hands-on change implementor, supporting local and cross-functional initiatives that introduce new processes, systems, tools, and operating models. The OCM Lead ensures the people side of change is planned and executed so programs achieve adoption-not just delivery.
In this assignment, the OCM Lead will partner closely with program leadership, PMOs, and impacted teams to define and execute an OCM approach that improves readiness, reduces resistance, and enables a smooth transition through implementation and go-live. The role requires the ability to influence across multiple layers of management, facilitate alignment among diverse stakeholders, and effectively challenge assumptions in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
The IT Process Analyst Lead is responsible for leading the development, coordination, facilitation, and implementation of complex processes and complex process improvements that are independently identified, or identified by management.
