Job Description:
>> Own day to day stability of JDE World applications on IBM i AS400 (Tier 0Tier 1)
>> Monitor PROD alerts, jobs, and interfaces triage issues, restore service fast, and escalate critical alerts per SOP
>> Provide on call support, handle incident intake, impact assessment, and customer communications until closure
>> Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for Sev 1Sev 2 incidents implement permanent fixes and preventive controls
>> Support change windowsoutagesmaintenance, validate post deploy health, and ensure rollback readiness
>> Maintain and execute operational runbooks, escalation paths, and first hour checklists
>> Track and close related incidentsproblems, coordinating with infra, network, DB, and downstream application teams
>> Produce and distribute dailyweeklymonthly operational reportsdashboards (incidents, trends, SLAs)
>> Strong hands on with IBM i (AS400) operations and tooling
>> Ability to analyze and fix issues using CLLE, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE validate data with SQL400
>> Experience supporting JDE World modules (Supply ChainFinance) in production, including job streams, batch runs, and integrations
>> Familiarity with APIinterface checks (e.g., PostmanSOAP UI when relevant to JDE integrations)
>> Comfortable reading logs, job spool files, and system messages to isolate faults quickly
>> Work within ITSM processes (e.g., ServiceNow) for IncidentsProblemsChanges keep tickets current and accurate
>> Document RCA, resolution steps, KB articles, and keep SOPs up to date
>> Contribute to alert tuning and thresholds to reduce noise and improve MTTR
>> Support AgileScrum ceremonies as needed for production backlog and problem tickets

>> JDE WorldSoft A7.3 or onwards versions -(Mandatory)
>> JDE World - SVR, DW, VO, PO, UDC, DD, WW, RDA, FDA, SDA-(Mandatory)
>> JDE Functional: WMS, SnD, Finance - (advantages)
>> AS400 - DB2400, SQL400, SQLRPGLE, RPG, RPGLE. CLLE, CL-(Mandatory)
>> Tools: ALDON, HAWKEYE, DBU, UCT, JIRA, ServiceNow
