Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks
Experience working on AI/ML or data science projects
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as model training, data pipelines, and evaluation metrics
Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
