Summary

Requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience in Microsoft System Center Service Manager development and administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft System Center Orchestrator for automated workflow creation and maintenance.
  • Experience with Cireson web portal management and JavaScript customization for service offerings.
  • Experience in patching, updating, and site design for System Center infrastructure components.
  • Experience with requirement gathering and intake management for enterprise service requests.
  • Experience in developing system usage reporting and technical templates for leadership review.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Implement new Service Manager requests and manage the intake of service offerings.
  • Create and update automated workflows within the System Center Orchestrator environment.
  • Collaborate with business units to translate functional needs into technical service requirements.
  • Maintain and patch integrated software components including Cireson, Orchestrator, and Service Manager.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for improving platform efficiency and reporting structures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to fulfill complex service request designs.
  • Generate detailed reports summarizing platform usage and system performance metrics.
