THE WORK:- You'll provide management and consulting services for the four aspects of the Project, including Client off-site work, extension of the electrical utility distribution system, onsite civil improvements, and base building shell and tenant improvements.
- You'll report to the Client's single point of contact and provide general project oversight and communications through the respective Construction Manager(s) for each of the key project phases including Pre Design / Planning; Design; Permitting & Approvals; Procurement; Construction Administration; Commissioning & Close Out.
- You'll provide management & consulting services for these four different aspects of the Project: Client Off Site work; Extension of Electrical Utility distribution system; Onsite Civil Improvements; Base Building Shell & Tenant Improvements.
- You'll act as the primary liaison between the client / Owner / Developer, Construction Managers and Project stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors, authorities, etc.).
- You'll monitor and report on comprehensive schedule, budget, quality, and risk register for offsite, onsite, tenant improvement and electrical utility work.
- You'll, as assigned by Client, represent Client at all Project related meetings and report regularly to Client on Project progress and critical issues.
- You'll assist with defining Project scope, objectives, schedule, and budget for all phases of the Project (Off site, On site, Base Building, TI and primary electrical service).
- You'll support the Project core team and OAC meetings.
- You'll support selection of design consultants (assist with RFPs, interviews, scoring, and contracting).
- You'll provide input on site evaluations, due diligence, environmental studies, and utility coordination, and coordinate with Client and Owner / Developer on strategic planning and operational programming.
- You'll facilitate design coordination meetings with Project developer, ensure design aligns with Client's program, budget, and operational requirements, review design documents and provide constructability and value engineering input, and coordinate design challenge meetings and design review comments and approvals.
- You'll track and report design progress against schedule and follow established project milestones.
- You'll support entitlement, zoning, environmental, and utility approval processes, coordinate with Engineering and local authorities (AHJs) to ensure timely permits, and track permit submittals and approvals, keeping Client informed of timelines and risks.
- You'll assist with preparation of RFPs for trade contractors, consultants, and vendors-confirm review of all general contractor sub contractor bids-coordinate with Client Supply team in support of bid & award process and support the review of contract terms to align with Project goals and risk management.
- You'll attend regular construction progress meetings, monitor schedule adherence and budget control, along with developer coordinate all required general contractor work necessary for MHE early access date (Major milestone), ensure execution of all BIM modeling / Clash detection with general contractor and architect, review Change Orders, RFIs, and submittals for scope and cost implications, coordinate with Developer and design team to resolve issues and maintain progress, track contingency usage, allowances, and cash flow forecasts, and review and advise on pay applications and lien waivers.
- You'll monitor quality control activities, coordinate third party inspections and testing, advise on deficiency tracking and resolution, participate in substantial completion inspections and punch lists, oversee commissioning process to ensure operational readiness, support Client's team in developing move in and operational readiness plans, ensure receipt of all closeout documents: as builts, O&M manuals, warranties, etc., and facilitate final inspections, certifications, and occupancy permits
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in facility / warehouse project and construction management
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Accenture requirements
- Professional experience with large-scale warehousing construction from concept through execution
- Professional knowledge of permitting, utility services, and contracts in support of construction
- Professional experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience administering large dollar projects and knowledge of project management concepts and principles
- Previous supervisory experience

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:$140,000 - $175,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
