Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management [CLM] professional for a contract role with our California based client. This position requires hands-on expertise in Icertis implementation, configuration and support with up to 20% Travel to client site as needed. Ideal for 1099 OR W2 contractors ready to drive CLM solutions for enterprise contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, configure and deploy Icertis CLM modules, including contract authoring, negotiation, execution and reporting.
· Customize workflows, templates and integrations using Icertis APIs, SDK and low code tools.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize CLM processes for compliance and efficiency.
· Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues and support user training and go live activities.
· Integrate Icertis with enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP OR Azure for seamless data flow.
· Travel up to 20% to California client locations for workshops, deployments or meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ Years in Icertis CLM Implementation with proven expertise in core modules (Contract Lifecycle, Obligations, Amendments).
· Strong hands-on experience with Icertis Studio, Expression Language (EL) and REST/SOAP APIs.
· Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL Server and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
· Familiarity with contract management best practices, AI driven redlining and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC2).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
· Icertis certification (e.g., Icertis Solution Consultant)
· Experience with Icertis X- Series or advanced features like clause intelligence.
· Prior work with California based enterprises in legal procurement or finance sectors.
Location & Travel
· Primarily remote client based in California
· Up to 20% domestic travel required.
