Description We're seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Support professional to join a collaborative IT team. This role will provide frontline technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist end users with day-to-day technology needs.
Responsibilities:- Respond to and resolve Level 1 support tickets
- Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, and user access issues
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff
- Provide hands-on desktop and end-user support
- Document issues and resolutions within the ticketing system
Requirements Qualifications:- 1+ years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Windows environments and PC hardware
- Experience with ticketing systems preferred
- Degree or equivalent technical experience preferred
Schedule:- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Fully onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA
