  • Partner with functional, technical, training and communications teams.
  • Support training-needs analysis, role mapping and end-user adoption planning.
  • Establish and support change-agent or change-champion networks.
  • Identify adoption risks, resistance and readiness gaps and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Develop status reports, readiness metrics, dashboards and executive presentations.
  • Assign and coordinate activities across OCM team members and departmental stakeholders.
  • Support go-live preparation, transition activities and post-deployment stabilization.
  • Maintain clear documentation of readiness activities, decisions, issues and action items.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience leading organizational change management for large technology or business-transformation programs.
  • Hands-on experience developing change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, communications and training plans.
  • Experience supporting a full implementation lifecycle through deployment and stabilization.
  • Strong facilitation, interviewing, presentation and written-communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with executives, department leaders, managers, project teams and end users.
  • Experience coordinating or overseeing OCM team members and assigned activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential or sensitive organizational information.
  • Availability to begin the engagement in October 2026.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to the Philadelphia area.
