Summary
Field Service Technician:
We need a skilled Field Service Technician to work with our client in Arvada, CO.
You'll fix printers, computers, and other tech equipment for customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Fix problems with printers, kiosks, and POS systems
- Install and set up new equipment
- Keep equipment running smoothly
- Help customers with technical issues
- Keep accurate records of work done
What We Need:
- 2-5 years of experience in IT field services
- Knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A+ certification (nice to have)
- Lexmark certification (nice to have)
