Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Redwood SCM Functional Expert with strong Product Management experience to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of modern Supply Chain Management solutions using Oracle Redwood UX principles. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SCM modules along with the ability to drive product strategy, business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle SCM solutions using Redwood UX standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define product vision, roadmap, and SCM process improvements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Supply Chain processes including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning.
• Drive product management activities including backlog prioritization, feature definition, user story creation, and release planning.
• Configure and support Oracle SCM Cloud modules while ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.
• Conduct gap analysis, solution workshops, testing, training, and user adoption activities.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams to enhance user experience leveraging Oracle Redwood design framework.
• Support integrations, reporting, and process automation initiatives across SCM applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during implementation, upgrades, and production support activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations for process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM functional consulting or implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood UX and Oracle Fusion SCM applications.
• Strong Product Management experience including roadmap planning, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, or Logistics.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable functional solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle SCM Cloud certifications preferred.
• Experience with Redwood UI transformations and user-centric design initiatives.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and reporting tools is a plus.
• Prior experience working with enterprise digital transformation projects.
