Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist to support a LabWare 8 implementation within a GMP-regulated laboratory environment. The role will focus on configuring raw material, commercial product, stability, and laboratory equipment/instrument integration workflows, as well as supporting validation and testing activities.
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS, with LabWare 8 strongly preferred.
- Strong experience with LabWare in GMP laboratory operations.
- Experience with raw material testing, commercial product testing, and laboratory equipment workflows.
- Ability to translate regulatory, quality, business, and laboratory requirements into compliant LIMS configurations.
- Experience supporting LIMS validation, testing, requirements traceability, and change control.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure LabWare LIMS 8 objects, workflows, master data, specifications, and test templates.
- Support implementation of raw material, commercial product, and stability workflows.
- Configure and support laboratory equipment and system interfaces.
- Translate business, laboratory, quality, and regulatory requirements into compliant LabWare configurations.
- Support requirements traceability, testing, validation, and change control activities.
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
- Collaborate with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to support successful LabWare deployment and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS / LabWare 8.
- Experience working in GMP-regulated laboratory environments.
- Experience with one or more of:
- Raw Material Testing
- Commercial Product Testing
- Stability Programs
- Laboratory Equipment Integration
- Experience supporting LIMS validation and testing.
- Experience with laboratory systems such as LabX, Empower, or similar platforms.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
