CPQ / Quote Management Specialist

Title: CPQ / Quote Management Specialist Location: Remote Duration: Contract
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled CPQ / Quote Management Specialist with strong expertise in managing end-to-end quote lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and integrating quote management solutions with enterprise systems such as CLM, PSA, and Billing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, including quote creation, pricing, approvals, and order processing.
• Design, implement, and support CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to quotemanagement.
• Integrate CPQ systems with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), PSA (Professional Services Automation), Billing, and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, discount governance, and compliance with business rules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quote generation and system integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and IT.
• Optimize and enhance quote management processes for efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Quote Management and CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Apttus, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
• Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware, etc.)
• Knowledge of CLM, PSA, and Billing systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise-level CPQ implementations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Prior experience working in Agile environments
