This position is based in Alpharetta, GA /Oakland, CA/Rancho Cordova, CA, and requires 1 day per week working from the office.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and customer data models.
- Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple enterprise systems, including CRM, claims, enrollment, web, mobile, and third-party data sources.
- Configure Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution rules.
- Implement unified customer profiles and customer 360 capabilities across enterprise systems.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and activation frameworks for personalized customer experiences.
- Configure consent management and customer data governance solutions.
- Monitor and optimize Data Cloud performance, scalability, and data quality.
- Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
- Develop personalized customer engagement campaigns using Data Cloud audiences.
- Configure and maintain automated customer journeys and real-time activation use cases.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM systems, and external platforms.
- Support campaign analytics, customer engagement reporting, and attribution models.
Minimum Qualifications:- 2+ w/Bachelors degree
- BS in computer science or equivalent technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with developing, configuring, and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure or any other cloud platform.
