Key Responsibilities

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), .NET development, and Modernized Data Platform (MDP) solutions including Azure DAta Factory (ADF) & Data Bricks . The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration pipelines and enterprise applications that support scalable, cloud-ready data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS for data migration, transformation, and integration.
• Implement and manage Modernized Data Platform solutions to ensure data consistency, scalability, and performance across systems.
• Build and support .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) for internal and external users.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support deployment activities.
• Maintain documentation for code, processes, and system configurations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SSIS development and ETL processes.
• 7+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
• 2+ Years if Hands-on experience with Modernized Data Platform architecture and tools (e.g., Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Healthcare Payer project experience is a plus
