Job Title: Stibo MDM Architect / Lead (STEP Platform)

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Stibo MDM Architect to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Stibo STEP-based Master Data Management solutions across enterprise landscapes. The role requires deep expertise in product/customer master data domains, data governance, and integration architectures, along with strong leadership capability to guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
This role will be critical in ensuring data consistency, governance, and scalability across supply chain, commercial, and digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead end-to-end design of Stibo STEP MDM solutions (Product MDM, Customer MDM, Vendor Master).
- Define data models, hierarchies, classifications, workflows, and governance frameworks.
- Establish best practices for data standards, matching/merging, survivorship rules, and taxonomy design.
- Architect scalable solutions aligned with enterprise integration patterns (API, event-driven, batch).
2. Implementation & Delivery
- Drive Stibo STEP implementation from requirements through deployment and hypercare.
- Configure STEP components: workflows, business rules, data validation, reference data, portals.
- Lead data migration strategy, including data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and onboarding.
- Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum delivery models and program timelines.
3. Integration & Ecosystem Enablement
- Design and implement integrations with:
- ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, EBS)
- E-commerce platforms
- PLM, CRM, and downstream analytics/reporting tools
- Leverage middleware for seamless data exchange.
- Ensure high data availability and performance across systems.
4. Data Governance & Quality
- Define and enforce data governance frameworks, stewardship models, and operating procedures.
- Implement data quality KPIs, validation rules, and monitoring dashboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure data ownership and accountability.
5. Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Engage with business leaders, data stewards, and IT teams to translate requirements into solutions.
- Lead and mentor MDM developers, analysts, and offshore teams.
- Provide executive-level updates, risk mitigation strategies, and roadmap planning.
