Key Responsibilities- Work closely with manufacturing as true partners; heavy floor presence.
- Perform line checks, observe processes, and ensure compliance with GMPs.
- Conduct water activity testing, color perimeter testing, and sensory evaluations (syrups, dairy-based sauces).
- Perform analytical testing: pH, Brix, viscosity.
- Support positive release of products.
- Assist with SQF / Food Safety audit preparation.
- General lab and office organization.
- Use internal system Red Zone (not a lab-heavy role; more production-floor QA).
