Job Title: Senior Momentum Systems Analyst

Description
We are seeking a Systems Analyst with expertise in the Momentum Financial System and federal budgeting processes. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive expertise in Momentum financial modules, federal financial management, and government budgeting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications, process documentation, and design frameworks
  • Document and review designs and configurations to meet client requirements
  • Provide expertise in federal budgeting and financial operations
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with technical teams
  • Facilitate client engagement initiatives and manage stakeholder relationships with professionalism
  • Address complex challenges involving software troubleshooting, data management, system maintenance, and configuration
  • Support environmental health validation across development, test, and production landscapes
  • Assist performance tuning initiatives targeting high?volume financial transaction windows
  • Support validation of upgrades, patches, and environment migrations
  • Maintain technical coordination with database, DevOps, and Tier?3 support teams
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience; minimum of 3 years experience working with Momentum Financial System
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance with the federal government
  • Must have experience with Momentum
Desired qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of federal financial management and budgeting processes
  • Proven experience leading requirements gathering and functional design activities
  • Experience facilitating working sessions and stakeholder discussions with government clients
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
