Title: Product Solutions Lead
Location: Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid work - 3 days onsite per week)

This role is ideal for professionals who can bridge the gap between Product, Technology, and Customer Success. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support customer discovery sessions, product demos, solution design, and executive-level conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand customer challenges in finance, accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and enterprise operations
• Deliver tailored product demos and explain business value to CFOs, Controllers, and Finance leaders
• Support sales cycles, customer onboarding, and implementation discussions
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product & Engineering teams
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Preferred Background:
• Experience in SaaS, AI products, ERP systems, Finance Operations, FP&A, or enterprise applications
• Prior experience as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Product Manager, Customer Success, or ERP Implementation professional
• Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, Coupa, Snowflake, or similar platforms is a plus
