We're seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support a growing federal contracts team. This temporary remote opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience managing the full contract lifecycle, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. If you excel at navigating FAR/DFARS requirements and supporting government programs from proposal through contract execution, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities


  • Administer government contracts from proposal support through closeout.

  • Draft, negotiate, and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), and other contractual documents.

  • Review government solicitations and identify contractual risks and compliance requirements.

  • Negotiate and administer T&M, Fixed-Price (FFP), and Cost-Reimbursable contracts.

  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and contract flow-down requirements.

  • Support program teams with contract interpretation, milestone tracking, and post-award administration.

  • Advise internal stakeholders on performance payments, acceptance testing, first article testing, and other contractual deliverables tied to customer approval and payment.

  • Partner with supply chain and subcontract teams on contract-related matters.

  • Develop and improve processes, procedures, templates, and internal training materials.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 4+ years of government contracts administration experience.

  • Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting regulations.

  • Experience supporting proposals, negotiations, contract execution, and compliance activities.

  • Excellent skills in risk assessment, communication, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
