Contract Product Content Designer (Core Experiences) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Contract Product Content Designer to support our Core Experiences team. In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers to create intuitive, customer-centered digital experiences across our authenticated web and mobile products. You'll be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and helpful UI content that enables customers to complete important financial tasks with confidence. From transactional flows and account management to product education and in-app guidance, you'll help ensure content is integrated throughout the product experience—not added at the end. This is an embedded product team role focused on delivering high-quality customer experiences in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

  • Write clear, concise, and customer-focused UI content for web and mobile product experiences, including transactional flows, forms, onboarding, navigation, notifications, error states, and in-product guidance.
  • Partner closely with Product Designers to shape end-to-end customer experiences, ensuring content and design evolve together throughout the product development process.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, Legal, and Compliance partners to deliver experiences that balance customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply user research, usability findings, analytics, and customer feedback to inform content decisions and improve the overall product experience.
  • Contribute to content critiques and cross-functional design reviews, incorporating feedback and iterating quickly.
  • Ensure consistency with established content standards, voice and tone guidelines, accessibility best practices, and design system patterns.
  • Support multiple product initiatives simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities and delivery timelines.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of content standards, reusable patterns, and best practices as opportunities arise.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Content Design, UX Writing, Content Design, or Content Strategy for digital products.
  • Demonstrated experience writing UI content for customer-facing web and/or mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing transactional experiences, product workflows, and UX writing—not just marketing copy.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and how content contributes to usable, accessible experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams while producing thoughtful, high-quality content.
  • Familiarity with Figma and modern design collaboration tools.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial services or fintech experience.
  • Experience writing content for authenticated product experiences.
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and inclusive content practices.
  • Experience using customer research and analytics to inform content decisions.
  • Interest or experience using AI tools to improve content creation workflows.
