Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project managers and superintendents in planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects
  • Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, drawings, and specifications
  • Assist with procurement processes, including vendor and subcontractor coordination and material tracking
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost controls to ensure successful project delivery
  • Participate in change management processes, including reviewing proposals and preparing change orders
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure alignment across all project phases
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-4+ years of experience in commercial construction (internship experience considered)
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and project workflows
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting projects in education, healthcare, or public-sector construction
  • Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, and cost tracking tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with project teams and clients
