Job Responsibilities

- Prioritize a feature backlog for scrum team and be actively involved in getting work ready for delivery
- Answer day-to-day product questions and co-ordinate refinement sessions for engineers to guide execution and delivery
- Design key engagement ceremonies with product owners and stakeholders to lead project execution
- Identify and resolve key project impediments utilizing agreed upon escalation frameworks and mitigation tactics
- Maintain an ongoing deep knowledge and documentation of key project artifacts
- Create transparent and accurate updates on project status and socialize those updates with all relevant stakeholders
- Identify, coordinate and sequence dependencies on other product teams; Help remove impediments for the team
- Initiate commitment for critical dependencies including facilitating elaboration sessions, helping to secure resources, etc.

Required qualification, capabilities, and skills

- 2-3 years of product management or relevant experience
- Knowledge of product management techniques, principles, and best practices
- Capable of adjusting and reacting to evolving business priorities
- Committed to building partnerships to lead alignment and finalize key decisions to achieve desired outcomes
- Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills
- Demonstrable experience working in banking or with financial services products
- Familiarity with Digital Wallets (at a minimum as a user)
- Proficient with Confluence and JIRA

Job responsibilities

- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Design and Analytics partners to develop and deliver product and platform strategies from 0-1
- Own and manage the product delivery lifecycle from ideation to production.
- Define product goals, with clear requirements and KPIs that can be converted into user stories and process flows for the engineering development team and other stakeholders
- Work closely with developers and testers to ensure the team correctly translates requirements into working technical designs, test plans and scripts to serve customer needs
- Conduct pre-release reviews which could include regression testing and quality assurance to certify the release as production ready
- Manage product backlog creation and grooming, support agile product delivery, launch and go to market for product, production support, issue & defect resolution and prioritization
- Monitor performance against goals, identify and scope implementation paths for needed enhancements, and create remediation plans when needed
