ABOUT THE ROLE

Amrize Building Envelope (ABE) is accelerating their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Transformation and the experienced Salesforce Administrator on the Marketing-Digital team to manage their CRM capabilities and platforms. This role will be critical in driving CRM adoption across sales, marketing, and customer support.

Through data integration management; training; and reporting and feature enhancements the CRM Administrator will become the CRM user's best friend. This individual has an Agile and experiential mindset, is passionate about data/analytics, and excels at managing integrated CRM platforms.

This is an engaging and hands-on role and the CRM Administrator, therefore, is an individual who is highly capable of operating and excelling at the strategic and tactical positions.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate priorities into outcome-driven initiatives-owning a well-defined backlog that advances customer experience, sales effectiveness, and growth.
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce capabilities-including objects, fields, flows, automations, and customer experiences-to streamline processes and enable the business to operate more efficiently at scale.
  • Leverage workflow automation and process optimization to eliminate manual effort, reduce errors, and accelerate end-to-end customer and sales processes.
  • Independently assess issues, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions that improve system performance, usability, and business outcomes.
  • Build and evolve reports, dashboards, and data models that provide real-time, actionable visibility into pipeline, performance, and customer behavior.
  • Partner with senior Salesforce Administrator to define and deliver next-generation capabilities that elevate how customers and internal teams interact.
  • Collaborate with Amrize IT and external partners to ensure configurations, customizations, and integrations are focused on measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive data quality and integrity through governance, monitoring, and process improvements-ensuring Salesforce remains a trusted source for decision-making.
  • Own testing, validation, and release coordination-ensuring new features and enhancements deliver value seamlessly without disrupting the business.
  • Establish and evolve best practices, scalable design patterns, and standardized approaches to configuration and automation.
  • Develop targeted training, documentation, and hands-on support to ensure users fully leverage Salesforce capabilities and realize business value.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across Salesforce-guiding stakeholders, recommending improvements, and ensuring the platform evolves in line with strategic priorities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Experience Clouds is required; experience with MS Dynamics optional
  • Experience with B2B and building products industry a plus
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Self-starter to proactively review and improve functionality of Salesforce applications
  • Strong technical and effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong Analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify customizations and to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak at a business level is preferred
