Summary
Title : ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Location : Remote
Duration : until September 2026 and will have extensions
Interview: Video
Top/Must have skills:
- 8-10 years of ServiceNow implementation experience, or similar Enterprise SaaS/competitor solutions
- 5+ years of practitioner experience (e.g., Infrastructure Operations, Internal Controls/Audit, Security Operations, Asset Manager)
- An Active CTA (Certified Technical Architect) cert or may consider candidates with all the qualifying certs to get a CTA which are:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- At least two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in mainline modules (such as HRSD, GRC, Discovery, Event Management, ITSM, CSM - not an all inclusive list.)
Projects they will be working on/ Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Lead solution design workshops with clients
- Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures
- Define integration strategies with enterprise systems
- Enforce platform governance and best practices
- Review and approve technical designs from delivery teams
- Oversee technical delivery and sprint reviews
- Present trade-offs and architecture decisions to executives
- Mentor developers, admins, and consultants
- Build reusable frameworks and accelerators
