Job description:

Strong Product Owner with a business admin background
This role will be responsible for creating the compensation products, including creating various advisor compensation groups.
Strong Business Analysis experience
Strong background in Wealth Management Industry with an understanding of the advisor payment structures
Strong Finance Background/Understanding
Varicent experience is not necessary but prefer to have.
Independent, self-motivated and accustomed to highly dynamic work environments.
