Job Title: Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME)

We are looking for an experienced Insurance SME to support the development and evaluation of AI models across insurance functions. The role involves collaborating with AI, data science, and product teams to ensure models used in underwriting, claims, risk assessment, and pricing are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and validate AI model outputs against insurance practices and regulations.

• Identify gaps, biases, and improvement areas in AI-driven processes.

• Define performance metrics and ensure business relevance.

• Provide domain expertise for data labeling and explainable AI initiatives.

• Stay updated on insurance regulations and emerging AI applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Business, or related field.

• 7+ years of insurance industry experience (underwriting, claims, risk modeling, or product management).

• Strong knowledge of insurance operations and regulatory frameworks.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
