job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Windows Systems Administrator to support and maintain core enterprise infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping operational systems secure through patch management, vulnerability remediation, and ticket resolution. You will work within a collaborative infrastructure team supporting multi-region environments and driving project improvements.

responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve incoming ServiceNow tickets related to Windows Server, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 queues within SLA guidelines.
- Lead vulnerability remediation and patch management activities for Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, and core infrastructure.
- Perform root-cause analysis, advanced troubleshooting, and issue resolution across cloud, virtualized, and on-premises systems.
- Execute infrastructure projects including Windows Server OS upgrades, MECM/SCCM migrations, and system configurations.
- Maintain complete technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational knowledge articles.
qualifications:
5+ years of dedicated Windows Server administration experience in enterprise environments.
Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
Strong background in patch management and vulnerability remediation using MECM / SCCM.
Direct operational experience with cloud and virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix, Azure, or AWS).
Practical experience managing Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Background in Citrix environment support and administration.
Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing, incident, and change management workflows.
Demonstrated experience leading system migrations and OS upgrade projects.
